I found this on the internet (the wonder of Pinterest!) and it took 20 minutes. 10 minutes of that was opening the sweets which were all individually wrapped!

So unwrap the sweets and arrange them on a piece of baking parchment on a tray. You can put them in any pattern you like. We used a pizza cooking tray as we wanted to make a plate for the girls to take some Christmas cookies in to school, but you could put them in the shape of a candy cane or make a square tray.

Put the tray in the oven (180c) and cook for 8 minutes. When you take it out, it will have turned into this:

It’s solid, very shiny and the slight stickiness of the sweets has disappeared. The girls are really pleased with it but now don’t want to take it into school!
